In April I will be running the Brighton Marathon. This will be the second time I have attempted this race, but last time I was so under-trained, it took me far longer than I would have liked and practically killed me. This time I am going to do better.
That’s one of the reasons I am writing this post. Inspired by a friend I am going to document the process this time around in the hopes that it will keep me going when I really don’t want to.
At the moment, my goal is to build up some base training and hopefully get up to 10 miles by Christmas. After that, the real training will begin.
