Loopy Loupie

I am who I am, not who society says I should be….

Today I got to take to take the year nine’s (third years) to the zoo. I must say that they were really well behaved, and I was most impressed with the kids that not only asked questions but actually listened while I explained the answers.

The talk we booked was very interesting too, all about threats to native wildlife. The only problem with the day, appart from the heat, came from trying to force the girls out of the shop. You’d think they’re 50 minute lunch break would have been plenty of time, though apparently not! Though I did manage to get a really nice cuddly vampire bat that I’ve named Vlad (original I know) and a nice present for skippy so it wasn’t all bad.

It even made me think that I’d really like to work in a zoo environment like that in the future!

Following tonights FANTASTIC Doctor Who we now have the answer to that age old question, who would win in a battle between the Daleks and the Cybermen!

Personally I was rooting for the Daleks, but then again I am on a mission to hug as many as I can, I’ve managed three full size ones so far!

I will leave it a few days before putting up the outcome in case anyone hasn’t seen it yet, but I do think it should go down as the ultimate Doctor Who!

The other day at work I heard one girls loudly complain that she “has the smallest breasts in the world!” One look was enough to tell me she was larger than me!

It doesn’t seem right that young girls feel presured into having huge breasts to be attractive, there are many women who are small and just as beautiful, to focus on one part of female anatomy and say if it doesn’t meet these criteria your not attractive just seems wrong, after all their primary function is not to be gawped at!

Last Sunday I went to the Kensal Green Cemetry open day. An apsolutly beautiful cemetry, though it would have been a lot nicer if it hadn’t been so hot. The catacombs were lovely and cool though and I did get talking to a nice man who makes some amazing model hearses, as well as seeing some real ones. Including one with a large stuffed bat in the back that me and Emily both loved.

Over the weekend I stumbled across an article which said that there are a large number of wallabies living wild all over the UK. It also stated that this was all Skippy’s fault!!

Sorry hun, but it looks like they’re on to you!
